SOLUTIA VET&PET – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction
SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl, with registered office at Via Celeste Milani 24/26, 21040 Origgio (VA), VAT No. 04021940129, is the owner of veterinary-use products marketed under the trademarks PROMOVET® and PAWNEER® (hereinafter referred to as “Product/Products”), through the website solutiavetpet.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), to users of the Website (hereinafter referred to as “Customer/Customers”).
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “General Conditions”) govern the purchase, made remotely via the Website, of Products by Customers.
The Customer is required to read and understand these General Conditions before completing the purchase on the Website, together with the cookie policy and the privacy policy available on the Website.
Such information, which together constitute the “Data Protection Policies”, shall be deemed to have been read, understood and fully accepted by the Customer at the time of placing the purchase order.


1. Products
1.1. All Products available on the Website are subject to current availability.
1.2. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl reserves the right to modify, at any time, the quantity limits and/or types of Products available for purchase on the Website.
1.3. The Customer will be informed in the event that the Products ordered are unavailable.


2. Prices
Prices are expressed on the Website in € (Euro) and refer to each Product type, excluding shipping costs and any applicable taxes, which will be indicated to the Customer at the time of purchase.


3. Promotions
3.1. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl reserves the right to apply special sales conditions or promotions on the Products offered on the Website.
3.2. The conditions applicable to promotions will be communicated to Customers from time to time by SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl.


4. Purchase procedure
4.1. The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the relevant offer for each individual Product displayed on the Website.
4.2. To purchase Products, the Customer must add the desired Product to the shopping cart and, after reviewing and accepting the shipping costs, the General Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Right of Withdrawal conditions, select the preferred payment method and confirm the purchase by choosing the “Buy” option.
To complete the purchase, the Customer must also fill in the section with their email address and delivery details provided on the Website.


5. Conclusion of the contract
5.1. The contract between SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl and the Customer shall be deemed concluded when SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl sends the Customer, who has placed the order, a confirmation of receipt.
5.2. The order sent by the Customer will be binding for SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed correctly, without any error reported by the Website.
5.3. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl shall not be liable for malfunctions caused by the data transmission network provider.
5.4. By confirming the purchase through the Website, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchasing process and to fully accept these General Conditions.
5.5. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl will send the Customer, via email, a confirmation of receipt of the purchase order containing the essential characteristics of the Products purchased, the date and time of the order, the address of SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl, information regarding customer service and any applicable commercial guarantees, withdrawal conditions, the detailed price, the payment method chosen by the Customer, and shipping costs.
5.6. The Customer must immediately verify the content of the communication and promptly notify SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl of any errors or omissions.


6. Payment methods
The Customer may pay the price of the Products and related shipping costs using the following methods: credit card, as specified below.
Credit cards accepted: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO.


7. Shipping
7.1. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except when a specific discount code is applied at checkout. These costs are clearly displayed at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and delivery destination. For purchases shipped outside the EU, customs clearance costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
7.2. All purchases will be delivered by courier on the business day following the order confirmation.
7.3. Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays.
7.4. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl shall not be liable for unforeseen delays. Except in cases of force majeure, Products will be delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the confirmation of order receipt sent by SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl to the Customer.
7.5. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer must check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document (DDT);
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including sealing materials.
7.6. Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product or discrepancies in the number of packages or the accompanying documents must be immediately reported by writing a reservation note on the courier’s delivery document.
7.7. Once the delivery document has been signed, the Customer cannot make any claims regarding the external condition of the delivered goods.
7.8. If it becomes impossible to deliver the ordered goods due to temporary unavailability of the Products, SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl will promptly notify the Customer within thirty (30) days via email. The amount already paid will be refunded as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date of the order.
7.9. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped. To ensure delivery safety, the Company will keep the tracking number for each shipment made.


8. Withdrawal
8.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without providing any reason within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the purchased goods, using the downloadable form provided via link or by submitting a written notice in free form.
8.2. If the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must send notice to SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl by email at solutiavetepet@legalmail.it or by registered mail to SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl, Via Celeste Milani 24/26, 21040 Origgio (VA), Italy.
8.3. The Product must be returned by the Customer within fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal notice.
8.4. To be eligible for a full refund, the Product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and must not have been opened or used by the Customer.
8.5. The cost of returning the Product to SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl is borne by the Customer.
8.6. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl will refund the price paid by the Customer after receiving the returned Product in accordance with the conditions stated above.


9. Warranty
9.1. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl guarantees that its Products are made using high-quality raw materials and comply with the applicable regulations governing freely sold veterinary and pet care products.
9.2. The Customer is fully responsible for the purchase made on the Website and undertakes to read carefully the instructions and warnings for use of the purchased Products and to use them in accordance with such conditions.
9.3. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl shall not be held liable for improper or non-compliant use of the Products that differs from their intended purpose or usage instructions.


10. Modification of the General Conditions
10.1. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time.
10.2. Any changes, amendments, deletions, or additions will take effect immediately upon their communication through notices published on the Website.
10.3. Once such notice has been given, any use of SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl’s services by the Customer shall constitute full acceptance of the changes made.


11. Service suspension
11.1. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the provision of Product sales services for the time strictly necessary to perform technical maintenance or improvements.
11.2. SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl may interrupt the provision of Product sales services at any time for justified reasons related to security or confidentiality breaches, in which case it will notify the Customer.


12. Communications and complaints
12.1. The Customer may contact SOLUTIA VET&PET Srl for any communication and/or complaint by filling in the form available in the “Contact” section of the Website or by sending an email to info@solutiavetpet.com.
12.2. Communications and/or complaints submitted by means other than those indicated in section 12.1 will not be considered.


13. Governing law and competent court
13.1. These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
13.2. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or performance of these General Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Busto Arsizio (VA).
If the Customer is a consumer, jurisdiction shall be assigned to the court of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, in accordance with Article 66-bis of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
