- Shopify International Limited: provider of the e-commerce platform for order and shopping cart management.
- Payment service providers: to process transactions (e.g., Google Payment Corp. for payments via GPay).
- Couriers and shipping carriers: for logistics and delivery of purchased products.
- Tax advisors: for invoicing and accounting.
Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g., to Shopify or Google servers) in full compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, through the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
2. WHAT TYPES OF DATA DO WE COLLECT?
- Purchase and billing data: First name, last name, shipping and billing addresses, tax ID or VAT number, phone number, and email address.
- Payment data: Transaction-related information. Your card details are not stored on our servers but are managed directly by the payment service provider in accordance with their security standards.
- Voluntarily provided data: Communications via the “Contact Us” section or newsletter subscription.
- Browsing data and cookies: IP addresses, operating system parameters, and data collected via cookies necessary for the functioning of the Shopify shopping cart. For further information on this topic, please visit the “Cookie Policy.”
Browsing data
We collect the following data through the services you use:
- Technical data: This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. This data is used solely for statistical purposes (and is therefore anonymous), to verify the proper functioning of the site, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except in this case, web traffic data is not retained for more than 7 days.

4. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?
- Contractual and purchase data: For 10 years from the date of purchase, in compliance with the obligations to retain accounting records for tax purposes.
- Data for Marketing Purposes: Until you withdraw your consent or request deletion.
- Browsing data: Deleted immediately after processing (maximum 7 days for security purposes).
5. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?
Withdrawal of Consent
To withdraw your consent, you may contact the Data Controller at any time by emailing info@solutiavetpet.com. Your consent is entirely optional and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal based on the consent provided.
Exercising Your Rights
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, for access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, or to object to its processing.
The law also allows you to request the restriction of processing in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR, as well as to obtain your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the GDPR.
